Here we have compiled all the important information for your stay with us at the Waltl guesthouse.

The studios and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know so that we can send you the room key. Please download the "JustIn Mobile" app to your smartphone.

We ask you to leave your studio or apartment clean by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

On the day of departure, we ask you to put used kitchen inventory, dishes and cooking pots back in the cupboards clean (washed and dried!), dispose of the rubbish in the containers in the hallway and empty the refrigerator! We ask for your understanding that we will charge an additional fee for heavily soiled items after departure, depending on the cleaning effort.

Your reservation is guaranteed as soon as we receive the deposit (30% of the total travel price).

We accept cash (Euro), EC card and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).

Start your vacation day comfortably. Order your desired bread rolls the day before by 4:30 p.m. You will find the fresh bread rolls in front of your room door in the morning.

Register in advance easily and without rushing using the online check-in form that we will send you by email before your arrival. This will shorten your check-in time at reception.

You are welcome to book our extensive gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products for a fee.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all studios and apartments.

The kitchen units are equipped with crockery and cutlery, kettle, filter coffee machine, oven, 4-burner electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.

There are large trash cans on every floor that are emptied daily - for hygiene reasons, we recommend that you dispose of your apartment trash there every day. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to separate the trash properly.

Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and to refrain from loud music and noise.

You can park your car in our parking lot, right next to the entrance, free of charge.

Our house is "smoke-free". You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or in front of the entrance. Please note that we cannot accommodate pets in our house.

Please report any repairs or damage to reception so that we can repair them immediately. We ask for your understanding that any damage caused will be charged.

Cancellation sounds unpleasant, and it is, for you and for us. It's a shame when rooms or apartments remain free even though other guests would have liked to come. On the other hand: anything can come up, usually at short notice. Our request: inform us in good time. You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 28 days before departure, and we will retain 20% as a processing fee for the refund of the deposit. We ask for your understanding that for cancellations within 28 days before departure, as well as late arrival or early departure, we will charge cancellation fees (100% of the accommodation price) for the days that cannot be re-let.

Money-back guarantee:
In the event of an official border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice. You will receive the deposit back or can have it credited to us for a later vacation.

To ensure that you do not suffer any financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation or early departure, but also for greater security on holiday, we recommend taking outHotelstorno Plus (including helicopter rescue) or Hotelstorno Premium (including helicopter rescue and accident package) with European Travel Insurance AG. Information on taking out insurance is available directly when you book.

With the hotel cancellation insurance from European Travel Insurance, you are well protected.

If you book without meals, we change the towels once a week. An additional towel change is possible for an additional charge. If you book the additional service "breakfast" for the entire duration of your stay, we will clean your studio/apartment daily (excluding the kitchen!). If you do not want to be disturbed or do not want your room cleaned, hang the "red card" provided on your room door.

We will be happy to accommodate your room request if possible, but we cannot guarantee fixed room numbers when booking.
